Ross Curry, owner of Hard Eight Screen Printing, had saturated his existing target market and wanted to expand his audience to increase sales. He collaborated with Suzanne to build an email campaign that would open up a new market for his custom screen-printing and embroidery services. Leveraging Hard Eight’s CRM Wix, Suzanne built a campaign for Hard Eight targeting the new audience and a retargeting campaign for Ross’ existing database.
