Nancy Bond wanted an elegant new logo to represent her brand, and an updated website to reflect her thriving in-home care business, but her marketing budget fell short of the prices many designers charge for custom work. Suzanne’s proposed solution was to use a template website leveraging the content from the existing Emerald In-Home care website with some fresh stock images. She created a simple logo for Nancy reflecting her the compassioon inherent in the home-care business.
Requirements
The new website, featuring a custom slideshow on the landing page, took just days to create, and Nancy was able to select imagery she really loved during the build. Suzanne worked with Nancy to update Emerald's logo to anchor Emerald's brand identity on the website and on all of Nancy's marketing materals. Even though the site was crafted from a template, the Emerald brand colors and fonts were used throughout to provide the custom feel Nancy was looking for and happily received at a reasonable price.
I reached out to Suzanne in mid-August about rebuilding my website to capture the attention of our target audience and increase our customer base. I also wanted to rebrand my company with a new logo. Suzanne’s proposal was less than half of the others I received which was perfect for my budget as a small business owner.
